Shed purchase
Shed purchase
CommunicationBogus advertising is so frustrating, eh? I was all hyped up about getting a shed for a sweet deal that was advertised, but when I went to order and pay for it, turns out they didn't even have any in stock. Talk about false advertising, bud! To make matters worse, a different store in the same company had the shed in stock, but for way more moolah. Not cool, eh? It's not right for a big company like that to be so shady with their info and stock. I just want honest and reliable info when I'm buying something, eh? This whole situation felt kinda sketchy and really put a damper on my shopping experience, ya know?
Expensive Blackstone cooktop
Expensive Blackstone cooktop
CommunicationI recently bought a Blackstone cooktop online for a good chunk of change. The website said it would arrive between specific dates, but it's way past that now and I still don't have it. Also, they already charged my credit card the whole amount, taxes included. I tried contacting customer service a few times, and every time they said they'd look into it and call me back. Big shock, guess what? They never called back. This whole no communication, poor customer service thing is just not okay. My advice: steer clear of this company for online purchases if you actually want to get what you ordered and not get scammed.
About RONA
RONA is a Canadian retailer of home improvement and construction products and services. Founded in 1939 as "Les Marchands en Quincaillerie" (The Merchants of Hardware) in Quebec, it grew from a group of independent hardware stores into one of the country's leading chains of its type. The company expanded through a series of acquisitions and store openings, becoming a significant player in the Canadian home improvement market. RONA was acquired by Lowe's, an American retail chain, in 2016, further expanding its footprint in Canada. The brand operates several types of stores, including large "big box" locations and smaller traditional outlets, catering to both professional contractors and do-it-yourself consumers. Its product offerings include construction materials, tools, gardening products, and home renovation items.
