Rosie sorted me out. I didn’t have an appointment but she still took time, gave practical tips for pregnancy and after, and we found a bra that fits. Not perfect — small wait — but better than past shops.

I was on the fence before I ordered — worried about horror stories with customer support and late deliveries. I called the minute a delivery didn’t show and, yep, the hold music was brutal and I got put on hold a few times. Still, the rep eventually found my order and processed a refund fast. First impression messy, but I left relieved and kind of impressed.

the fitting room was a fair distance from the display so the fitter kept trekking back and forth with bras, which slowed things down and felt inefficient. Overall I left feeling relieved about the fit and less achy, but still think the store layout could be handled better for privacy and flow. Worth going for the fitting, just expect a bit of fuss with the layout.

So, eh, I was in the store, eh, and I paid for my stuff with my card and I got a receipt and everything. But then this lady starts yelling at me, saying I didn't pay for my groceries. Like, excuse me, eh? I offered to show her my receipt but she just ignored me and tried to prove I didn't pay on the screen. But then it showed "thank you for shopping" so she had to admit I did pay. But did she apologize, eh? No way, eh! She just kept ignoring me and turned to the next customer, eh! Rude, right? So I just left feeling so mad and embarrassed, eh.

So like, I went to this store today and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I spotted this cute black hoodie and some grey sweatpants that I was totally feeling, but when I tried them on, the sizes were all wrong. So I asked the staff if they could help me out by ordering different sizes, but they straight up ignored me even though I was waiting in line. Instead, they were busy helping other peeps who showed up way after I did. Ugh, super annoying! What's the point of having staff if they're not gonna help out the folks who are actually there? And it wasn't even packed in the store! It was a Saturday morning, so you'd think they'd have more peeps working. Just plain rude, man.

Today was an awesome day! I headed to the store to pick up some new clothes and got some help from this awesome person named Siobhan. She was so amazing, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. And can you believe it, she even went out of her way to help me find gluten-free options. How cool is that? Big shoutout to Siobhan for being the best!

So I was at this popular store the other day, checking out the nightwear section and figured I'd grab a loaf of bread on my way out. Even though there were still some folks in line, the security guard, who was busy announcing the store closing, yelled at me and said they were closed. I explained the situation to one of the store workers, who let me go ahead with my purchase. But man, the way that security guard talked to me was just uncalled for and rude. I'm a regular at this store, coming in like 2 or 3 times a week, so getting treated like that was pretty disappointing. I expect better customer service, especially since I've been so loyal to this store.
