The sweater actually felt soft and sat nicely on me, warm enough even on windy days, but dealing with their refund process was a nightmare - slow replies, no sense of urgency. I've bought elsewhere and it's smoother.

I first spotted it on their site during a sale — a friend raved, so I ordered for in-store pickup. I worried about stock, and five days later they emailed it's unavailable. They refunded quickly and offered alternatives, so pretty happy, though not perfect.

Picked up a big ol' bottle of fresh orange juice, eh, with a best before date of March 23rd. Only took me two days to notice the date, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy about how quickly it was gonna go bad, eh. Tried to take er back to the store, but those folks wouldn't help me out or give me me money back, eh. So I gave customer service a shout and got pretty much the same unhelpful response, eh. I tell ya, I'm not too pleased with the way this company's been treatin' me, eh.

So I bought some vests in-store in Ireland and then traveled back to England, eh. When I tried to return them, they told me I had to do it in-store in England, eh. The website didn't help me at all, it didn't say which stores accepted returns, so I reached out to customer service, eh. Sadly, the person I talked to couldn't tell me where to return the vests, so I was left feeling frustrated and with no idea what to do, eh. I did eventually get an email with the info, but it was too late, the returns period had already ended, and I was just straight up out of luck, eh. Their customer service was just terrible, absolutely terrible, eh.

I went to the store the other day and bought a pair of joggers for women. When I got home, I found out they were too big so I went back to exchange them for a smaller size. But when I got to the store, the pants didn't have any tags on them. I told the employees that I didn't take off the tags, but they wouldn't let me exchange them without them. It took a long time and I felt like I was being accused of something, but eventually, they let me make the exchange. The whole situation made me feel uncomfortable, like I was being treated unfairly just because of a missing tag.
