Tracking number service
My experience with this seller was super disappointing, eh. I paid for a tracking number service, but turns out the seller didn't give me the tracking number like they said they would. The package never showed up, and when I contacted customer service, they said they would send the product again. It's been three weeks now and still no updates. The lack of communication and follow-through from this seller is not cool, eh.
Cool Space Helmet Building Kit
Hey folks, just wanted to share that I recently picked up this really awesome Space Helmet Building Kit and let me tell you, it was a blast to assemble. The design was super cool and the final product looked really neat. I did run into a few missing pieces, but luckily there were some extra blocks included that I could use instead. And can we talk about the packaging? Honestly, top-notch quality, probably the best I've seen. The seller was also really helpful and answered all my questions. All in all, it was a really fun purchase that I thoroughly enjoyed!
Electronic Gadgets
Just so you know, if you order from this site, you might have to pay extra for delivery, wait for about 3 weeks to get your stuff, and pay possible taxes in your country. The product might seem real, but chances are it's from China. Even with all that, the thing I got works fine. One thing to keep in mind is that they only post good reviews on the site, so there's a chance you could have a not-so-great time.
Recent $95 order
I gotta say, I've never had to reach out to customer service 'cause every time I've ordered something worth 95 bucks, it's always shown up within 5 days of being shipped. It's pretty surprising, but it's the real deal. I mean, getting 26 items for that price and having them come so quickly is just incredible. I'm not connected to this company at all, but I'm truly blown away by how good their service is.
Multiple purchases, correct items, free shipping, good customer support.
As someone who comes to this store a lot, I've bought a bunch of things many times and always gotten the right stuff with free shipping. The support team is great, they answer fast and in simple English. If there's ever a problem, like a package getting lost in the mail, they'll happily send out another one without any fuss. They process orders quickly and give you tracking info so you can keep an eye on where your delivery's at. I'd suggest getting a tracking number for faraway shipments just to be safe, 'cause sometimes packages can magically disappear across long distances. But if anything does go wrong, the folks at this store are nice and genuinely helpful.
Puzzle cubes purchase
I just bought over 10 puzzle cubes from here and have more on the way. The shipping was a bit slow, but I figured it would be since it's coming from halfway around the world. I'd suggest avoiding DHL shipping because they always seem to mess things up. Just go for the regular shipping option and be patient, your item will show up eventually. The cubes are really great, and I might even get a tablet from them down the line. All in all, LighTake is a cool place to find fun gadgets and adapters, just be careful when buying electronic devices.
