I bought some guitar stuff not long ago and it was a complete letdown. I didn't get anything from my order and the customer service was terrible. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times about my order, but they never got back to me. It's annoying to shell out cash for something and then get zero communication or help from the company.

I've been noticing some issues with my online shopping experiences with this retailer. At first, things were smooth sailing with my orders. But as time went on, I've been facing problems like delays in delivery, items showing as in stock but actually out of stock, and poor communication from the company. Sometimes, I don't get a response for more than 24 hours. One of my wife's orders from nearly two months back still hasn't shown up, and the tracking number provided says "not found," even though her credit bill got charged for it immediately. Despite all this, the products themselves are good quality. But I think they really need to work on their service and communication. Another thing is that completed orders still show up as pending, which can be confusing.

My experience with this online store was really disappointing. I had some problems with my order and when I reached out to customer service for help, I didn't hear back from them at all. The lack of communication and the low quality of the products I got made me feel annoyed and wish I hadn't chosen to buy from them. I'd advise others to steer clear of this online store and look for more reliable sellers instead.
