I can't believe how terrible the service is from this online company. I placed an order over four months ago and still haven't gotten anything. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to check my info again and ask the post office. I did what they said, but still no package. I sent another email asking about tracking or getting another shipment, but now they won't even respond to me. It's really disappointing how they treat their customers, and I would warn others to think twice before using their site. It seems like if something goes wrong, they'll just take your money and ignore you.

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this online store, eh. I paid extra for express shipping to get my items on time, but after more than a week, my order still hadn't been shipped. Communicating with the customer service team through email was awful - if they even bothered to reply, it was only once a day. We finally agreed on a refund, but it was only processed after I opened a claim on Paypal. The whole situation was eventually sorted out, but it took a lot of time and hassle. It would be nice if they could give more info on their website about stock availability and restocking timelines to help customers plan their purchases better, you know?

I paid with no problems using PayPal. The package was wrapped securely in bubble wrap. The delivery took longer than I thought, about 3 weeks, which was a bit disappointing. But even with that, I might give them another try in the future.

Just wanted to share that I recently bought 3 cubes from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. I placed my order on March 23rd and even though the warehouse is in China, the cubes made it to Canada by April 10th. The delivery took a little over two weeks, which I think is pretty reasonable given how far they had to travel. When it comes to customer service, I had a good interaction. I sent an email and got a quick and helpful response that answered all my questions. Overall, I'd recommend this company based on my own experience. And just so you know, this review is totally my honest opinion and I have no connection to the company.

You know what, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I ordered two Rubik's Cubes packages and it's been 3 months and still no sign of them. The tracking numbers they gave don't even show up, and when I tried to ask about my order or get a refund, they just ignored me completely. That's just not right and not a professional way to treat customers.

Just so you know, if you order from this site, you might have to pay extra for delivery, wait for about 3 weeks to get your stuff, and pay possible taxes in your country. The product might seem real, but chances are it's from China. Even with all that, the thing I got works fine. One thing to keep in mind is that they only post good reviews on the site, so there's a chance you could have a not-so-great time.

I gotta say, I've never had to reach out to customer service 'cause every time I've ordered something worth 95 bucks, it's always shown up within 5 days of being shipped. It's pretty surprising, but it's the real deal. I mean, getting 26 items for that price and having them come so quickly is just incredible. I'm not connected to this company at all, but I'm truly blown away by how good their service is.

I just bought over 10 puzzle cubes from here and have more on the way. The shipping was a bit slow, but I figured it would be since it's coming from halfway around the world. I'd suggest avoiding DHL shipping because they always seem to mess things up. Just go for the regular shipping option and be patient, your item will show up eventually. The cubes are really great, and I might even get a tablet from them down the line. All in all, LighTake is a cool place to find fun gadgets and adapters, just be careful when buying electronic devices.
