I was super excited to get my son a gift for the holidays, but when we finally got it and opened it up, it was such a letdown. The thing wouldn't even work! I tried getting in touch with the company for some help, and at first, they seemed like they were gonna come through. But after a bit, they straight up bailed on me. Couldn't get a response out of them and I felt like they were just ignoring my concerns. Super frustrating, eh? I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again. Save your cash and try somewhere else for better service and products, eh.

So I bought some new puzzle cubes online to add to my collection, eh. But when my package arrived, I found out it was missing the stickers I ordered. I got the six cubes I wanted, but there were no stickers in sight! When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful. They basically said I couldn't prove the stickers were missing. I was so frustrated with their lack of responsibility and refusal to fix the mistake. I feel like I got cheated for sure. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

As someone who comes to this store a lot, I've bought a bunch of things many times and always gotten the right stuff with free shipping. The support team is great, they answer fast and in simple English. If there's ever a problem, like a package getting lost in the mail, they'll happily send out another one without any fuss. They process orders quickly and give you tracking info so you can keep an eye on where your delivery's at. I'd suggest getting a tracking number for faraway shipments just to be safe, 'cause sometimes packages can magically disappear across long distances. But if anything does go wrong, the folks at this store are nice and genuinely helpful.
