ServiceI ordered a phone case from Joybuy and when it arrived, it was damaged. I tried to contact customer service through email but got caught up in a never-ending chain of back and forth with no solution in sight. It's frustrating to deal with a company that can't handle simple customer service inquiries. With a parent company as big as JD.com, you would think they would have better standards. I will continue to leave 1-star reviews until they get their act together.
