I just bought a laptop case from this online store, and you won't believe what happened - I got a kid's spoon and fork set instead! I was so disappointed. I contacted customer service right away to sort it out, but man, it was tough trying to talk to them. Eventually, I got my money back, but it was a real hassle. Now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from there.

I recently bought 2 lily pipes from Joybuy, an online store from China. Sadly, after waiting 2 weeks, I got 2 different pipes that were clearly wrong.
