CommunicationI ordered a Christmas gift on December 11, 2018. Unfortunately, my order has been stuck in "processing" status ever since. I haven't received any updates or communication from the company. It's now January 2, 2019, and I still haven't received my order or a refund. I find this lack of customer service and transparency completely unacceptable.
