ServiceAfter being a Prime member for 3 years, I've noticed a change in how Amazon Canada deals with customers compared to Amazon USA. It seems like they're more focused on making promises instead of putting customer satisfaction first. When problems come up, they're just brushed off as system errors, which makes us feel like they don't really care. This new way of doing things doesn't seem right for a big company like Amazon, so I'm thinking about looking at other options that value customer satisfaction more.

ServiceMy experience ordering from Amazon was really disappointing. The customer service was just awful - it seemed like they only cared about protecting their vendors and not the customers. It's nothing like how Amazon used to be. The whole process felt like a total amateur hour, with no thought for the customer at all.
