App & PortalI've been with this company for more than ten years now, eh? But let me tell you, trying to update my phone number in my account was a total nightmare, eh? The customer service was just terrible and super frustrating, making me wish I'd never signed up in the first place, eh? I think I'm gonna have to start looking elsewhere for my future purchases, 'cause I don't wanna deal with that hassle again, eh? It's really disappointing to see a company I used to trust fall so low in my books, eh? I'd rate them zero stars if I could, that's how bad my experience was, eh?
