    Flight to Barcelona

    Oh man, the customer service was seriously the worst! I showed up at the Amsterdam airport all set to catch my flight to Barcelona but there was nobody at the check-in desk! Then the gate was closed even though the flight was still there! And when I tried calling customer service, nobody picked up! Finally, when I did get through the next day, they were super rude and didn't even try to help me out. I can't even wrap my head around how terrible this airline is!

    As someone who travels a lot for work, I end up flying with this airline quite a bit because they have limited direct flights to certain places I need to go. But, I gotta be real - the cabin crew's customer service leaves a lot to be desired compared to other more budget-friendly airlines. The whole experience just isn't up to par, and it's kind of disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in the airline industry. I think they need to step up their game with better training and policies to improve the service they offer.

    Overbooked flight experience

    My recent experience with the airline was just awful because they overbooked the flights. When I got to the check-in desk, they told me that the flight was full and I might not be able to get on unless some people didn't show up. It caused me a lot of stress right at the beginning of my trip, and I was really mad and disappointed with how they treated their customers. I wouldn't suggest flying with them if you have other options.

    Priority boarding scam

    I recently flew with this airline and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their priority boarding. I paid extra for it, thinking I'd get on the plane early, but it was a total let down. They made us all wait in this packed room for what felt like forever, and when it was finally time to board, there was no real order. Everyone just rushed in, and it was a mess. I felt like the whole idea of priority boarding was pointless. It's frustrating that they charge extra for something that doesn't even work. They should be ashamed of this fake system.

    Online check-in, smooth flight

    I was totally freaked out about flying, especially after reading what everyone else had to say. But wow, my flight was actually amazing! We checked in online, zipped through security, and then just chilled until our flight time. Boarding was a breeze because I chose our seats online and paid a little extra to sit together (totally worth it, people need to relax about spending more sometimes!). The crew was friendly, and the flight was super smooth. We landed right on schedule. No complaints from me - hoping our return trip is just as awesome! So, if you're scared of flying like I am, no need to stress - it was all good!

    Extra legroom seat purchase

    My partner and I were really let down with the whole buyin' extra legroom seats situation. We paid more to sit together, but at boardin' we found out the airline had too many people and we had to sit apart. It was really stressful since my partner ended up sittin' three rows away from me. The staff was not nice at all, and they didn't give us clear info on how to get a refund. It was all so disorganized and frustratin', and made me feel like I wasted my time and money.

    Flight cancelled, no reimbursement

    I had the worst experience with Flivelling!! They canceled my flight and then refused to reimburse me for any expenses I had with my hotel. I called them SIX times and all they said was that it's "in process". It's been a whole stinking month and still no sign of my money. Seriously, worst customer service ever!

    Flight credit issue

    I recently had an issue with my flight credit that was expiring tomorrow. I tried to book a flight today, but it said the credit had expired already. When I tried to get help from customer service, I couldn't find an option to talk to a real person. It was super frustrating and disappointing to not get the support I needed.

    Flight cancellation to Paris

    Oh my goodness, it was a complete nightmare! I had the worst customer service experience ever with this airline. They actually canceled my flight to Paris right at the airport, and to top it all off, they lied about why. The immigration officer even checked and confirmed that the plane never even landed at the airport. It messed up all my other travel plans, it was a total mess. The only decent thing they did was book us a hotel, but that didn't make up for all the trouble they caused. Seriously, save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
