yes, there were hiccups; and yes, overall I’m actually happy I went with them.
Two weeks before the flight I rang to check tickets and got stuck in a confusing call about an “outstanding” balance even though I’d already paid. It left me grumpy, for sure. Fast forward: arrival day, long travel, we got charged $30 for early check-in, and the first room was basically a cave facing a wall. We asked to move and the staff sorted a better room pretty quickly, which was a relief.
The transfers were clumsy — pickup time was changed (3:45 a.m. to 5:45 a.m.), so I booked a backup ride. Both showed up and it was awkward; we took the taxi and later had to sort cancellation fees. Not ideal, but not the end of the world either.
What made me glad I booked was how the rest played out: the later hotel nights were comfortable, the local arrangements went smoothly, and the trip itself was fantastic. So, I’m thankful it turned out well despite the messy bits. Would I use them again? Possibly — just with extra confirmations and patience.
