That sneaky little price change
That sneaky little price change
Price
the small top-right text would bump the total up by hundreds and it’s easy to miss, especially on a phone. At first the site showed the lower fare, then the final statement had a big jump — and I’d only been given an estimate, not the firm price I expected. As someone who needed a proper getaway (work stress, and honestly my back needed a break), I wanted things to be clear. Instead I spent time chasing answers.
I’m not angry-angry, more disappointed. After 10+ years I hoped for better transparency and a customer-first vibe. If they can’t be clearer about final charges and train reps not to blame customers, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time. Still open to a decent resolution, but yeah — check the fine print closely, especially on mobile.
