Serviceunderstaffed support, slow callbacks, and no clear ownership of the problem. If I could give one piece of advice to other travellers, it’s to screenshot everything, push for written confirmations, and maybe have a backup plan if dates matter. I’m a bit annoyed but still think the platform is useful for cheap trips, just be prepared for potential hiccups and long waits. Hoping they sort their customer service — that would make this combo actually a winner.
