Halfway through checking the group list I realized this was turning into one of those trips where you spend more time on email than actually planning the holiday. A friend had tipped me off about RedTag and the price looked decent, so I phoned to book for the group. At first I thought it would be fine — person on the line sounded helpful, we went through options, everything seemed in place. Then the paperwork started to drift. Invoices showed up in different flavours, some missing, some at different prices than what I’d been told, and one person didn’t get charged at all even though the booking status said they were paid. I had to dig into my credit card to make sense of it and, sure enough, they charged me for someone who supposedly hadn’t been billed. Then later they charged that person too. So now we have double motion, mixed invoices, and me spending evenings forwarding screenshots and asking for clarifications.
