If one of your flights gets cancelled, they make sure you get to your destination on time by offering other routes for free or at a low cost. I even had a window seat one time! I was happy with the service and choices they offered.

I booked a flight on this site and overall it was pretty good. But, I had some trouble with the baggage rules which made customer service not so great. However, the flights were good and on time, and the service on the plane was excellent.
