I hired a freelancer on Fiverr to help me with a coding project. But things went south when they asked me to pay them through a cryptocurrency account instead of using the platform's payment system. And then, they disappeared without delivering the final product! Luckily, Fiverr came to the rescue and gave me credit for the freelancer's shady behavior, which I'm grateful for. Just a heads up, there are talented freelancers on the site, but watch out for those who try to bend the rules or take transactions off the platform.

The customer service rep I spoke with was super nice, patient, and really helpful. She took her time to help me finish up my checking info and made sure I understood the whole process. Her communication was top-notch, and she gave me fantastic customer service. All in all, she made things easy and enjoyable for me.
