As a first-time customer using this service, I gotta say the whole process felt pretty much like using other online booking sites. I bought tickets for flights from RIC to CLT, and then from CLT to MKE. One thing that really bugged me was how the airlines kept pushing extra stuff like seats, meals, luggage insurance, and all that jazz. It kinda feels like they care more about making money than making things easy for us passengers.
But I'm crossing my fingers that this service will make booking flights less of a headache.

Looking for flights was a breeze, eh? Found a great deal by changing my flight within 24 hours. Then got a call from them about a credit card issue, but it was all sorted out quickly by a really nice customer service guy named Adam.

I thought the website was really user-friendly, much better than the other ones I've checked out. I managed to snag a flight for a decent price, but I wish there were more airline options available for the same route.

Booking was okay, but the customer service was just terrible. I wanted to talk to someone during the 24-hour cancellation period, but no one was available. They gave me wrong info about the flight prices and I couldn't reach anyone to fix it. I'm not happy with the way they handled things.

My experience with company was pretty good overall. The prices were fair compared to other airlines out there, and the website was easy to use, so it was simple to find flights. When I had to get in touch with customer service though, I was on hold for a long time, which was a bit annoying. But, even with the wait, the person I talked to was helpful and able to answer my questions.
