CommunicationTried to order online using Apple Pay but the payment didn't go through. My cart got emptied and I only received a pending charge notification without a confirmation email. When I contacted customer service, they admitted to having website issues and suggested using a debit or credit card instead. However, they were quite rude when explaining the authorization process. I won't be ordering from them again because I don't like pre-authorizations and not having control over my payment methods.

CommunicationI recently ordered something from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the delivery info they gave me. The person I talked to said my order would be here before Christmas, but now I haven't heard anything about it or gotten any tracking details. When I reached out to customer service to ask about my order, they told me it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. This whole lack of communication and wrong info has definitely not been a good shopping experience for me.
