I recently booked a hotel online and was not happy with the way the prices were shown. I thought I was getting a room for $92 per night, but turns out that was only for the first night. The following nights were more expensive, and that wasn't made clear when I booked. When I tried to get more information from customer service, the person I talked to was not helpful and argued with me. They couldn't explain why the prices were different and I felt frustrated and like they weren't being upfront about how much it would actually cost. Overall, my experience with this online hotel booking service was disappointing, and I would advise others to be careful and watch out for any pricing issues.

Don't trust the so-called "savings" they promise. I actually ended up forking out nearly $300 more than if I had just booked directly with the hotel. Customer service was a joke, couldn't get any assistance from their call center or app. Just save yourself the trouble and book straight through the hotel.

I had a really disappointing experience using this service recently. They were saying they only had a few rooms left to try and make me buy at higher prices.
