I booked a room on this platform and got a confirmation that my reservation was all good. But then at 8pm on the day I was supposed to stay, the hotel called and said they didn't have any rooms left. It was so frustrating and disappointing that they didn't communicate properly.

I recently booked a hotel through this platform for my trip to Cape Town and I gotta say, the experience was just amazing, eh! Everything from booking to confirmation went super smooth, no issues at all. And the pricing was so good, got a great deal for my stay, eh!

Booking at an adult-only resort

My experience booking with this company was terrible. I booked a resort in Fort Lauderdale for adults only, but when I got there, they didn't have my reservation, even though I had confirmation. I spent hours talking to a rep trying to sort it out, and they ended up offering me a different hotel, which actually wasn't available either. Ended up in a 2-star family-friendly hotel with extra fees. Trying to get a refund was a pain and took forever. Basically, my vacation was ruined and I was so frustrated.

Oh my goodness, I was trying to book a hotel on this website and they ended up double-booking me for the same hotel on the same dates! Can you believe it? And then they wouldn't give me a refund, I mean, seriously, that's really not cool. I'm so mad, I feel like they totally scammed me. I'm definitely gonna report them to the authorities or something.
