On-siteStayed at this hotel and man, it stank like gasoline. It was legit dangerous for us, like seriously not safe. We asked them to do something about it, but they ignored us. So we had to bounce in the middle of the night with no place to crash. Tried to complain to Hotels.com but all they did was offer a lame 10% off the next time we book. Bro, that ain't right!

On-siteOh boy, what a disaster! I had booked 2 rooms ages ago for a family event, and I even went to the hotel myself to double-check that everything was good to go, including making sure we had wheelchair accessible rooms. But when we got there, it was a total mess. The front desk couldn't even locate our rooms, the guy who claimed to be the "manager" was too busy staring at his phone to lend a hand, and in the end, we wasted so much time only to have to switch to a different hotel. I am so let down by this whole ordeal.
