ChangesOMG, so I booked this hotel, eh? And then they just went ahead and changed my booking to different dates without even asking me! And when I tried to complain, they acted like it was no big deal. Like, no way, eh!

ChangesHey, steer clear of booking with this company if you can. So, last minute I booked a hotel only to find out there was a strike messing up my travel. I contacted customer service for help switching my booking but they were no help at all and wouldn't budge. I ended up out £220 for a room I didn't even get to stay in. Really terrible customer service.
