These scammers tried to pull a fast one on me, eh? They said I could try their membership for free, then they turned around and tried to charge me twice! After arguing with them, they finally owned up to their error but now they're refusing to give me back one of the payments. Total scam artists, eh?

They went ahead and charged me for a membership I never even wanted, and now I'm unable to get a refund for my flight that I won't be able to use. Their customer service is just awful, and their policies are so unfair.

i don't think there is a worst customer service than this. i was charged 200 euros more of the original price on my car and when complain was ask to show the screenshots of the original price. As if. Furthermore the price was still at the original level even after i was charged 200 euros more. id rather loose a limb than buy anything else from edreams
