CancellationI just booked a cruise for April with a voucher, but then it got cancelled unexpectedly. I had some issues with the booking agent, so I decided to contact the company directly. Their customer service team was really helpful and understanding. At first, they offered me another voucher, but after I explained my situation, they quickly approved a full cash refund, which I got without any problems. I was really impressed by how professional and fair they were, instead of just sticking to their policies. If I ever go back to London, I would definitely use this company for another cruise.

OverallMy husband and I recently went on an Afternoon Tea Cruise and we had such a lovely time! Our guide, Dylan, was so knowledgeable and funny, he really made the whole experience enjoyable. The staff on the boat were also super attentive and made sure we were having a great time. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a relaxing afternoon out. It was actually a Christmas gift from my husband and we both had a blast sipping tea and taking in the gorgeous views along the river.
