    Customer service communication

    I wanted to mention that I gave a bad review before because I wasn't happy with the help I was getting. But I found an email for Zoom support that I hadn't noticed earlier, so I need to take back what I said. I wish I could delete my old review, but since I can't, I am going to update it now.
