Replacement wheels
I had no trouble finding the replacement wheels I needed on the website. The person I talked to on the phone about tax exemption was really nice and helpful. Our order actually came sooner than we expected, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with this company.
Moving blanket purchase
I bought some moving blankets from this company not too long ago. I gotta say, I was super let down with the quality of the blankets. They looked awesome on Aliexpress but when I got them, they were trash. And to make matters worse, the customer service was awful. They claim to have a free return policy but good luck actually being able to return anything. It seemed like a total rip-off to me.
470 ml model eyeglasses cleaner
I really liked how quickly the 470 ml eyeglasses cleaner arrived. It's the perfect size for cleaning my glasses with just a few drops of Dawn dish soap. It was a bit annoying that the power plug was on the side, but I fixed that by turning it around to fit nicely in the corner of my countertop.
Reasonable cost, high quality items
I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, the prices were really good. And the quality of the stuff I got? Top notch. I'm pretty impressed with what I got from them. The only thing that could be better is the shipping times - they were a bit slow. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this company to others.
Vacuum chamber
I have a vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump stopped working. It is less than a year old but they would not honor the warranty. Horrible customer service and inferior product.
