App & PortalI recently bought a furniture set from this company, and the quality of the product was good. However, I had some problems with how they handle data. I asked them several times to remove my credit card info and account details from their system, but they refused because they said they needed it for their business. This worried me because I care about my privacy and I expect companies to follow data protection rules. I think customers should be able to ask for their personal info to be deleted when it's not needed for future transactions or legal reasons. If you're going through the same thing, I suggest reaching out to the right people to make sure your rights are being respected.
