Easy product selection
I gotta say, I'm super impressed with all the different kinds of stuff you can find on this website. Whether I'm hunting for new gadgets, stuff for my home, or beauty products, OnBuy has always come through for me. The sellers I've bought from have been super fast and on the ball when it comes to getting my orders out, making sure they get to me when I expect them. I've bought a bunch of electronic gadgets from this website, and I gotta admit, I was a bit skeptical at first. But after a few orders, I gotta say, OnBuy is awesome. Accurate Order, Lack of Communication
When I made my purchase, I got exactly what I ordered. But I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the lack of communication while my order was being processed. It's super important to me to know what's going on with my order, ya know? And that was definitely missing this time around. Even though the product was spot on, the lack of communication left me feeling a bit annoyed. All in all, the product was perfect, but they definitely need to work on their communication game.

Bargain variety
I was first interested in OnBuy because they have so many great deals and you can easily pay with Klarna and Clearpay. But, my experience ended up being not so great because of all the problems I had with my deliveries. Many times, I got orders that were missing items or items were just left outside my house for days after they were supposed to arrive. I know that these issues might be more about the courier or transportation services, but it still makes me nervous to place more orders with OnBuy. It's a bummer because I was really looking forward to checking out all the amazing deals they have, but the delivery issues have kind of ruined the fun of shopping there.
Quick delivery, poor communication
Even though my package arrived quickly, I found it frustrating that there was no communication about where it was. The website was easy to use, and the items I got were good quality. But, just like lots of places that use Royal Mail, my package didn't show up on time. Royal Mail said they don't deliver on Saturdays, but my package didn't come until Monday.
