Returns & RefundsI bought two robots from this company not too long ago, and yeah, both of them crapped out on me within the first six months. The customer service folks were pretty good about helping me get things sorted, but man, it took forever - like over 4 hours each time - to figure out and fix what was wrong. Now I'm just waiting to get my money back for the last robot, which is turning into a bit of a pain in the butt.
