OverallI just want to say how upset I am with the products and customer service I got. The products are totally not up to standard and the customer service is basically non-existent. It felt like I was chatting with a robot, not a real person, whenever I tried to get help. My concerns were totally ignored and not dealt with properly. Dealing with a company that doesn't care about their customers is so annoying. Save yourself the trouble and don't go near this brand.
