I was kind of satisfied in that moment because for once someone took two minutes to be helpful and honest, and the credit showed they acknowledged the issue. That small human gesture mattered, even if it didn’t fix the larger problem. Still, it’s frustrating that a pricey gadget conks out so soon. If you value quick empathy, cool — you might be pleasantly surprised; if you expect longevity and solid warranties, temper expectations. I won’t go near “best buy” of vacuums in future without thinking twice.

they wanted video, I sent it, then another person seemed to start from scratch. I’ve moved the base a couple of times, restarted the unit many times (I lost count), even took the battery out like they suggested. No permanent fix so far. Still, when it’s running properly it feels smart, thorough and kind of satisfying to watch do its job. So I’m on the fence — love the actual cleaning feel and how easy it is to use day-to-day, but support has been a headache. I’d recommend it for the product itself, just be ready for some extra troubleshooting.

I just gotta say, I'm so frustrated with the customer service team. I was on hold for what felt like ages, only to talk to someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing. I needed to extend my warranty, which I had gotten a reminder about just days ago. It blows my mind how the rep couldn't just point me in the right direction right off the bat. It's not cool to have customers go through all that hassle and get such lousy service.

I just bought a new iRobot mop, but it's been a total dud from the get-go. I've been trying to get some help from customer service, but they're not answering me or doing anything to fix the problem. It seems like they're dodging their responsibilities on purpose. I'm really let down by the terrible customer service and my whole experience with iRobot.

The robot vacuum is actually really good, but man, dealing with customer service has been a huge letdown. When something goes wrong with the vacuum, it feels like forever before we hear back from them. And when we do finally get a response, they're basically just making educated guesses about what's wrong and suggesting we buy new parts that don't even fix the problem. It's cost us a bunch of money on stuff we didn't need. We might just go with a different brand next time.
