App & PortalI recently bought a new vacuum from this company and ran into a big problem when I tried to hook it up to the app. I've reached out for help from customer service and tech support multiple times, but haven't gotten any useful advice. It's frustrating that even after trying all the suggestions on their website and from other users, I still can't fix this issue. It's disappointing to spend money on a product that doesn't work like it's supposed to.
