I just bought something from this company, but I didn't get an invoice or receipt. Now it's hard for me to return the stuff I got. I tried emailing customer service, but no one got back to me. My whole experience with this company has been pretty disappointing and frustrating.

I, like, had this situation where I had to wait longer than I thought I would for a refund after buying something. It took about a month, which was way longer than I expected. But when I reached out to customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. Barry, the guy I talked to, was super helpful and fixed the problem right away. I'm grateful for the fast and helpful support I got.

I just bought some bridesmaid dresses for my wedding at this store. But, had to return two because I ordered a few sizes to make sure they fit perfectly. When I got the dresses, I saw that they only refunded me for one. I texted customer service and they fixed it right away. May helped me out within 10 minutes and sorted everything out. I appreciate her quick and helpful service.

So, I ordered this dress online, eh? When it arrived, I was so excited to try it on, you know? But, guess what, eh? It was way too small in the hips and so short, it might as well have been a shirt! The bust though, it was huge, I mean who even has boobs that big, right? Definitely not me. And those sequins at the seams - sticking out everywhere, like seriously, can't someone sew those on right, eh? The lining inside was like paper, I swear. Ugh, so disappointed. And then I had to pay to ship it back, like really? Seems unfair, eh? I thought this brand was supposed to be good quality, but this dress was a total mess. No thanks!

Even though I didn't get an email saying you got my return, the person I talked to assured me that my refund was on the way. It might help if you could send quick messages to customers when their returns arrive, that way we don't worry about lost parcels.

I just ordered some dresses and they got here real quick and were good quality. But when I tried them on, they didn't fit right so I had to send them back.
