I had a problem with my thermal binoculars that were damaged, so I contacted customer service for help. I was really happy with the help I got from the representative, MY. They were quick in giving me a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so I could send the binoculars for repair. I was impressed by how professional and helpful they were through the whole thing. Not only did MY help me with the repair, but they also went the extra mile by connecting me with the right person to help me buy 2 new units. I appreciate the great customer service I got from MY and how smoothly everything got sorted out.

I gotta say, the backpack I got from that place is total trash. The stitching started coming apart after only a week, and the straps were fraying like crazy. Plus, the zipper kept getting stuck every time I tried to open it. The quality is seriously lacking, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from there.

I just bought some bridesmaid dresses for my wedding at this store. But, had to return two because I ordered a few sizes to make sure they fit perfectly. When I got the dresses, I saw that they only refunded me for one. I texted customer service and they fixed it right away. May helped me out within 10 minutes and sorted everything out. I appreciate her quick and helpful service.

These snowboard boots and goggles are amazing, eh! I feel like a pro shredding the slopes with this gear, eh. The boots are so comfy and keep my feet nice and warm, while the goggles protect my eyes from the super bright snow. I would totally recommend them, 10 out of 10, for sure!
