Bought a crappy hairdryer
Bought a crappy hairdryer
Returns & RefundsSo yeah, I bought this hairdryer from the store and it's honestly pretty weak. My old one was way better even though they had the same watts. This one feels more like a travel dryer pretending to be a regular one. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund! Now I'm stuck with this useless thing and I can't even test out other dryers. Such a disappointment, eh.
Frustrating customer service
Frustrating customer service
ServiceThe customer service at this store was just terrible, eh. The workers, Navneet and Arshnoor, were so rude and didn't even say hi to me properly. When I asked them a few questions, they were super rough with me. As someone who shops here a lot, I really thought I'd get treated better. But today was a total disaster and I left feeling so annoyed and unimportant.
Air compressor purchase
Air compressor purchase
ServiceThe customer service at this store is just awful. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They don't seem to know what they're doing. When I was trying to buy an air compressor, they gave me the wrong information and didn't even try to help me find what I needed. It's obvious that they need better training and supervision here. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm really disappointed. The prices are way too high compared to other stores, and the quality of the products has gotten worse. It's sad to see a store with so much potential do so badly in every way.
