The customer service at this store is just awful. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They don't seem to know what they're doing. When I was trying to buy an air compressor, they gave me the wrong information and didn't even try to help me find what I needed. It's obvious that they need better training and supervision here. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm really disappointed. The prices are way too high compared to other stores, and the quality of the products has gotten worse. It's sad to see a store with so much potential do so badly in every way.
