Hey there! So I had a bit of a problem with my last order - my meal was missing. But, the chat rep Jenny E totally nailed it in handling the situation. She was super quick in processing my refund for the missing item, which I thought was awesome. The customer service at this company is top-notch and I'm really impressed with how they deal with any issues that come up. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

My delivery experience was not very good. The food came late and all the ice packs were melted. So the meals were ruined and I had to throw them out. But I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly giving me a refund without any hassle. Even though this was disappointing, I still believe this service can be good for me in the future because I have had good experiences with them in the past.

My order was supposed to come on Saturday, but it didn't show up until Monday, which was disappointing. I called customer service and they were really friendly, they gave me a refund for that week. I can't wait for my next order so I can give the food a try!

I used Fresh n' Lean's Paleo meal plan about 5 or 6 years ago and it was the healthiest time of my life. I lost a lot of weight following the plan. However, after a year or so, I got a bit tired of the meals because they felt repetitive. When I tried Fresh n' Lean again, the meals were still the same so I stopped using their services. Fast forward to now, after years of doing Keto on my own, I decided to give Fresh n' Lean's Paleo meal plan another try. I've been on the plan for a week and I have to say, I'm impressed. The meals are delicious and perfectly sealed. The veggies are fresh and flavorful, a big improvement from before. I'm really happy with the changes I've seen in the quality of their meals.

The customer service rep I talked to was amazing - she was so nice, got things done quickly, and fixed my issue right on the spot. Good customer service is a big deal for me, it really makes a difference in deciding whether or not to keep using a company's services. After this great experience, I'm definitely going to stick with them.
