Convenient meal delivery
As someone who's always on the go, I absolutely love getting my meals delivered right to my doorstep. 3-month meal plan
I've been trying out the 3-month meal plan and I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with how good the food is and how well it's packaged. The deliveries always come on time, but there were a couple times I didn't get exactly what I asked for. Luckily, the customer service team was super quick to fix the issue. All in all, I'd definitely suggest giving this service a try!
Catering service review
I just used a catering service for a special event and I was really impressed with the different dishes they had. There were so many choices, and I loved that they use organic ingredients and have lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The coolest part was that they don't use unhealthy seed oils in their food, which is rare for catering services. It's nice to see a service that cares about the quality and health of their food.

Hey there! So I had a bit of a problem with my last order - my meal was missing. But, the chat rep Jenny E totally nailed it in handling the situation. She was super quick in processing my refund for the missing item, which I thought was awesome. The customer service at this company is top-notch and I'm really impressed with how they deal with any issues that come up. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
Late delivery, thawed ice packs, meals trashed, refund received
My delivery experience was not very good. The food came late and all the ice packs were melted. So the meals were ruined and I had to throw them out. But I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly giving me a refund without any hassle. Even though this was disappointing, I still believe this service can be good for me in the future because I have had good experiences with them in the past.
My order was late
My order was supposed to come on Saturday, but it didn't show up until Monday, which was disappointing. I called customer service and they were really friendly, they gave me a refund for that week. I can't wait for my next order so I can give the food a try!
