Clean and easy to drive cars

Quality

I rented a bunch of cars and they were all clean and easy to drive except for one that I couldn't figure out how to get into. Luckily, customer service was super quick to help me out and refund my money without any issues. Plus, the $15 student yearly membership is perfect for college students who don't have a car of their own.

I gotta tell ya, I had the worst time dealing with this car rental place. I've gone with them a few times now, and it's been nothing but a pain. One time, I rented a car for a couple of days, and when I went to pick it up, the whole thing stank like weed so bad it made me wanna hurl. The smell stuck around the whole time I had the car, and let me tell ya, it was absolutely gross.

Quality

I've been using this car rental service since 2006 and gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. One big plus is that it's way cheaper than regular car rentals since it already includes gas and insurance. I like that there are more cars available, making it easier for us to find one. But, there have been some problems like struggling to open the car, tire pressure issues, random warning lights flashing, and sometimes weird smells in the car. Despite those little bumps in the road, I still think this service is great overall.

The tire pressure light was on which kinda stressed me out on my trip. Also, the car I rented had some dents on it, so I snapped some pics for proof. But I was in a hurry to get where I needed to go, so I didn't have time to tell the company about it. I think it should be the parking lot attendants' job to let the rental company know about any damages and make sure the cars are well-maintained.
