Vueling - Reviews and experiences

I checked in online for my flight the other day and was kinda bummed to see there were no free seats left. I thought it was a terrible feature that didn't really put the customer first. It felt like they were just trying to make more money in a sneaky way. Other than that, the service was pretty good though.

I'm really upset with how this airline is handling things. I feel like they're not being upfront with me about all the charges for my luggage. And the way the staff talked to me about my stuff was just rude. I already paid for my suitcase, but they didn't even say sorry for the mix-up. I complained, but haven't heard anything back. I wouldn't trust this airline to keep me safe, so I suggest avoiding it at all costs.

So, like, I had this bag that I thought would totally fit in the cabin, but then I had to pay like €120 because it was too big. I saw other people with even bigger bags getting away with it, so not fair at all! Everything was all good when I left Canada, but on the way back, the staff were so rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, don't even waste your time with this airline, just steer clear!

I recently flew with this airline and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their priority boarding. I paid extra for it, thinking I'd get on the plane early, but it was a total let down. They made us all wait in this packed room for what felt like forever, and when it was finally time to board, there was no real order. Everyone just rushed in, and it was a mess. I felt like the whole idea of priority boarding was pointless. It's frustrating that they charge extra for something that doesn't even work. They should be ashamed of this fake system.
