CommunicationI was on the phone with this super annoying person who wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise! She just kept talking and talking about nothing important. I haven't even flown with this company yet, but now I'm already dreading it because of her. If this is how they treat customers on the phone, I can't even imagine what the flight will be like!
