I had zero issues booking my flight online, and checking in was easy peasy. I'm glad I paid for my baggage ahead of time because it was way cheaper than other airlines. The whole airport situation went super smoothly, no long lineups to deal with, and the airport and airplane staff were so nice and helpful.

My recent experience booking a flight with an airline was actually pretty good, eh. I had heard some mixed reviews about them, but I decided to take a chance and booked a flight from Barcelona to Banjul, Gambia. After doing some research on the company, I ended up reserving a front-row seat for some extra comfort during the long trip. I recently had an issue with my flight credit that was expiring tomorrow. I tried to book a flight today, but it said the credit had expired already. When I tried to get help from customer service, I couldn't find an option to talk to a real person. It was super frustrating and disappointing to not get the support I needed.
