Unexpected drama at gate, but it ended up okay

I wasn’t planning on making a fuss that morning — I’d actually picked Vueling because a friend had mentioned it as a cheap-ish option and I’d first noticed the carrier while scrolling flights on my phone. Still, I showed up at B45 early, thinking “nice, no stress,” and then everything got weird. My mum (she’s 75 and doesn’t speak Spanish) and I had paid for assigned seats a few weeks earlier. When we got to the gate they told us those seats weren’t available because of overbooking. Yeah, my first reaction was wary and a bit annoyed, not gonna lie — that little panic feeling in the stomach.

Flight from Amsterdam to Palma

Even though they had advertised yummy hot meals for sale on the flight, I was let down when I realized there was no actual food available. The ovens weren't working, and all the sandwiches were gone before I could grab one. It was disappointing given the expectations the airline had built up.

Disaster from start to finish

It was a complete disaster from the moment I checked in until I finally boarded the plane. The staff was so slow, the boarding passes wouldn't even scan properly, and there was chaos at the gates. There were delays at every single step of the way. Those mobile boarding passes were totally useless, so I had to print paper ones instead, but even those didn't work. And to top it all off, there was another delay before we could even take off. I swear, I am never flying with this airline ever again.

My recent flight experience was so disappointing, eh? When I hopped on the plane, the seats were cramped and super uncomfortable, making the whole trip unbearable. The staff didn't seem to care about our discomfort and didn't even try to make things better. It felt like they just wanted to finish the flight as fast as they could, you know?

Flight booking for 5 people

My recent experience booking a flight for five people was a real letdown, eh. We had everything all set up for a special occasion, but then everything just went downhill. The person we were celebrating had a sudden medical emergency and was really looking forward to the trip, despite feeling under the weather. But when we got to the airport, they told us the flight was overbooked and we couldn't board, eh. It threw a wrench in all our plans and left us feeling pretty bummed out and disappointed.

Booking process, check-in, flight experience

My experience with this airline was pretty good overall. Booking was easy, check-in was quick, and the flight was comfy. But one thing that bugged me was the constant music playing during boarding, taxi, takeoff, and landing. It was super irritating and made it hard to chill and read. I wish they had an option for silence or different music. Also, the lack of announcements from the flight crew was a letdown.

Denied boarding with correct paperwork

I was denied boarding even though I had all the right documents. I couldn't reach anyone for help and couldn't speak to a real person on the phone. I'm really upset about the terrible customer service and annoyed by the airline's lack of responsibility. I wish they would just go out of business.

Flight to Barcelona

Oh man, the customer service was seriously the worst! I showed up at the Amsterdam airport all set to catch my flight to Barcelona but there was nobody at the check-in desk! Then the gate was closed even though the flight was still there! And when I tried calling customer service, nobody picked up! Finally, when I did get through the next day, they were super rude and didn't even try to help me out. I can't even wrap my head around how terrible this airline is!

Overbooked flight experience

My recent experience with the airline was just awful because they overbooked the flights. When I got to the check-in desk, they told me that the flight was full and I might not be able to get on unless some people didn't show up. It caused me a lot of stress right at the beginning of my trip, and I was really mad and disappointed with how they treated their customers. I wouldn't suggest flying with them if you have other options.
