On-siteI had a flight recently that really bummed me out. The airline didn't handle my stuff properly, and as a result, my mobility scooter got all messed up during the trip. I tried talking to them about it, but they just shrugged it off as no big deal, which is not cool at all. My scooter is super important to me, and now I'm left dealing with the hassle of getting it fixed because of their carelessness. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and disappointed with how unprofessional they've been about the whole situation.

On-siteMy recent booking experience with the airline was a total disappointment, eh? The check-in employee was so ignorant, had terrible judgment, and just acted so unprofessionally, it was brutal. He said our visas weren't okay, even though he couldn't back it up with any real proof. Then he tried taking a picture of my ID with his own phone, like what!? Talk about invasive and not cool. We ended up stuck in the airport, negotiating for hours, with my kids crashing at the coffee shop. It was just a crazy, frustrating nightmare that totally messed up our holiday, you know?
