ChangesI paid extra for a business class upgrade, thinking I would get the Q Suite, but my flight got switched last minute. Qatar Airways could only book me on another flight the next day, and it didn't have the Q Suite. They didn't give me any discount or make any nice gestures. I also didn't get access to the lounge, even though I had upgraded twice. I think I'll stick with Emirates or Saudi Airlines next time for their nicer lounges.
