CancellationIt was brutal. I tried to cancel my flight and they flat out said no. Then when I tried calling them, it was like talking to a robot. I just wanted to keep my other flight but they kept saying no seats available. So frustrating, never going with them again.

CancellationMy experience with this airline was a complete nightmare, eh. The customer service was awful, with check-in staff being rude and it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us. Our upgrade to business class got cancelled after we paid for it, and we never got our money back, eh. And to top it off, our luggage was left at the starting point airport for a whole day, which really messed up our holiday plans, eh. The planes themselves were old and definitely not worth the high price we shelled out for our tickets. Honestly, I can't believe this airline is still up and running when they provide such terrible service, eh.
