AccommodationI recently took a trip to Cape Town with an airline, and it was a total disaster. The whole experience was really disappointing, especially because of all the delays. The wait at Cape Town airport was annoying enough, but then having to deal with an extra 11-hour delay in Doha was just too much. The place they put us up in was not great, a rundown hotel with a boring restaurant that barely had any food options. And the airline hardly communicated with us, making it impossible to reach them for help. All in all, this trip has made me decide that I'll never fly with them again and I'd advise others to avoid them as well.
