CancellationLet me tell you about my stay at this hotel. It was pretty good I gotta say, but there was one thing that really bothered me. The hotel was clean, comfy, staff were nice, and it was in a handy spot for a last-minute booking. But here's the kicker - their cancellation policy. I had to switch my reservation last minute because of some unexpected stuff, and when I checked out, they hit me with a cancellation fee. I tried to explain what happened, but they wouldn't budge. It really sucked that they weren't more understanding. It's too bad that one thing can overshadow an otherwise good time at the hotel.
